Is BLADE RUNNER (1982) Required Viewing?

Blade Runner 2049 is around the corner and is so far getting rave reviews, which begs the question: is the original Blade Runner (1982) Required Viewing? Default Assault plus special guest Tokeo Jamison definitively answer the question and more! [No 2049 Spoilers.]

With it’s incredible Vangelis score, impressive special effects, and a fantastic all-star cast that includes Harrison Ford, Rutger Hauer, Sean Young, Edward James Olmos, and Daryl Hannah, Runner has a lot to offer; yet, it’s also one of the most divisive films among movie lovers.
