There have been documentaries, classes, and countless online videos trying to explain Stanley Kubrick‘s 1980 adaptation of Stephen King‘s The Shining starring Jack Nicholson, Shelley Duvall, Scatman Crothers, and Danny Lloyd. Is it just a scary story of paranormal activity bringing a family to chaos or a symbolic confession of the moon landing cover up (we’ll give you a guess which it probably isn’t)? The question on our minds: is it Required Viewing?
