Should Disgraced Actors Have Their Awards or Shows Taken Away?

With the latest Roseanne Barr debacle where a terrible tweet resulted in the immediate cancellation of her new show, Default Assault ponders the question: should disgraced actors or actresses have their shows, movies, or awards taken away?

Do such punishments and surrounding fallout fit the “crime”? Is it safe for comedians to flirt with the line anymore and is the court of public opinion powerful enough to turn that line into a everlasting free fall from grace? If a crime is committed, should an artist’s past work be censored despite its cultural impact (such as the case of The Cosby Show). All that and more in today’s episode of Default Assault!
